Mathematical Modeling for Girls Project description    donate

The International Day of the Girl Child, celebrated annually on the 11th of October, reminds us of the importance of supporting every girl to develop her skills, enter the workforce on equal terms, and reach her full potential. Across South Africa, millions of girls living in segregated, impoverished rural townships have little or no access to university STEM faculty and/or professionals who could, as mentors, help them realize this dream. The Mathematical Modeling for Girls Project is piloting an approach for addressing this issue. because
